This is my holy grail supplement, it is a miracle worker yet so simple, it’s just magnesium lol. I’ve been taking it for months now at night before bed, for bloating and digestion issues & it has flattened my stomach & gotten rid of so many bloating issues I was dealing with for years that nothing else seemed to helped. It’s been like a reset for my body. I also did use some exercise & some diet changes as well when I started taking this but haven’t always been consistent with those and I still feel like a new person with this supplement. Stomach bloating was so uncomfortable for so long & this has shifted that for me. It also shows me what foods or drinks will bloat my stomach & makes it easier for me to know what not to eat. I can tell within a couple mins of eating something or drinking something if my stomach doesn’t like it & then I just stop eating it. There have been times where I did keep eating and the supplement still does its job, but I like to listen to my body as much as possible. So this supplement is my holy grail & the most beneficial supplement in my routine. My stomach always stuck out more because of bloating but not anymore.
