Doesn't make you fall asleep, but a more solid sleep. I used to take 2 before bed per dosage recommendation, but 1 works for me. Taste is pretty good. No indigestion issues.

So far so good. The "Unflavored" still has a slight flavor but I usually mix with my Liquid IV so then I can't taste anything at all. I don't think it dissolves great in cold water it just clumps up around my straw. Ambient temp water is ok but I feel like I am mixing for a while and I still feel like it doesn't dissolve 100%. I use just a little bit of hot water mix well and then add my cold water and ice with liquid IV. I've been using this for over a month now and I do think it's helped my skin a lot more.

Three a day every day for me. No digestive issues easy use ingredients are there helps with my sleep and does it bother me when I need energy. Definitely keeps the mind where it needs to be. Six months of these and I’m still feeling good.
